All forms of real "Que", have some basic elements in common: salt, spice, smoke...and love. We put generous portions of all of these things into every batch of our "Q." Our dry rubs and sauces are homemade using recipes collected from across the southern United States. With our culinary expertise and state of the art kitchen, we prepare our meats daily with our custom made smoker slow cooking for hours using the hardwoods of Hickory, Apple and Beech as the 'fuel for flavor'.
We got soul, too. Favorites like freshly made cornbread, cedar-planked salmon and hush puppies are just some of the foods that make any authentic southern meal complete. Once you taste these soul food specialties, you'll understand comfort food. Some of the world's best pork comes from Denmark and that's music the ears of our pit masters. We strive to make the best fall-off-the-bone ribs, pulled pork and the juiciest brisket ever served north of the Mason-Dixon line. This is a barbeque style with local roots and southern authenticity.
